UT Angel 2.07 Beta Survey

I know this is rare case. But I came around a province with 100% barren acres and the Angel doesn't recognize it. It refuse to generate a report. I thought this might be interesting =).

I apologize, I couldn't find it anymore as that particular prov is now gone. But I do believe I render one from scratch. It produce the same error on Angel.
