Pre-made +ve/-ve for my race

is any of this similiar to any race? I am trying to make a new race. You may add something which still haven't been used by any race.

+ve
> +5% military strength(defending and attacking) for very 3000
elites(max. 20%)
> +5% magic effectiveness for each 500 wizards you have (max 15%)
> +5% thievery effectiveness for every 1000 thieves you send (max 15%)
> -30% attack time
> -15% combat loses
> +15% gains in combat
> opponents size does not affect elites gain
> any other attacks besides conquest and trad march have a 10% elite gains
> -25% rune cost
> -15% military upkeep
> elites get +1 point when defending
> self spells are 20% more effective
> special attack: Honor Strike
( same like trad march but gains less land and more honor )
> special attack: training combat
( both sides does not gain or lose anything other than troops. If successful, will gain 30% more elites)<you still gain elites with this attack regardless of opponents size>
> defense specs counts as 1/5 of a wizard and 1/4 of a thief against thief ops and offensive spells targeted at your province

-ve
> twice as vulnerable to all attacks
> -10% defense strength
> wizards blowing up twice as many from fizzle spells
> +15% combat lost
> +10% land lost
> +10% attack time
> -20% food production
> -10% land gains
> -15% thievery effectiveness
> offensive spells casted upon your province are twice as effective
> less effective self-spells
> no war horses/stables
> no mercenaries
> no wizrards
> exploration cost 20% more (gc & soldiers)
> +20% thief lost due to failed ops

forgot to add...pick the combo of +ve/-ve for my race.

elites 6/3 - 2500gc

instead of making a race without opinions, i would rather ask from other players first

The Actual Numbers: The Personalities
The Merchant ~5% monthly interest on gold in your coffers
Protection of 25% of your gold from theft and destruction
Immunity to all Income Penalties (Riots, Plagues, etc.)
Peasant Income does not drop due to low Happiness Levels
The Shepherd All lands generate 3 bushels of food per acre daily
50% Lower Honor losses
20% Lower Rune, Food, and Science Decay
The Sage 20% faster military training, building construction, exploring, and scientific research
Immune to the Plague
+10% Gains when attacking the Undead
The Rogue +1 Stealth per Hour
Access to all thievery operations, including three unique to Rogues
(Assassinate Wizards, Torch Farms, Propaganda)
Enhanced version of Night Strike Op
The Mystic +1 Mana per Hour
All Guilds are twice as effective
The War Hero Double Bonuses from Honor
30% Higher Honor gains in combat
The Warrior 50% Cheaper Mercenaries
1 Mercenary per 4 loyal troops (normally 5)
Pay only 50% of normal military upkeep expenses
The General Access to the Conquest Attack during HOSTILE relations

i really dont like the idea of it being twice as suspecipul to attacks so instead of a 40 dpa, its gonna need 80

Your advantages/disadvantages shouldn't have anything to do with the personalities.

If a personality already has some advantage, don't add it to the race advantage...

BTW, F u S i o N snd foshizzl, are you guys refering to Eagles037 post or my post? I don't think i have +ve/-ve from any race or personalities.
