I wouldn't go merchant as TM...but thats just me.

1) you need A LOT more dpa...get at least 50
2) train all those archers into elites
3) pump sciences...they're a bit low
4) after year 4 convert libs into universities
5) why have dungeons if you're a TM?
6) why do you have more horses than off specs/elites?? Why have horses when you're a TM???

Definetly need a lot more defense, ~50 modded DPA doesn't nearly cut it at 1,700 acres. Also, I'd turn some def specs to elites with that kind of dough, you're prime Plunder target at the moment (fat and rich, how much better can you get? )

I didn't bother to change them to elites because I knew the age was about to end and it didnt make much difference since we arent going to be in any hostile and such. I normally get 60DPA and I was guy that had the highest NWPA for most of the age.

I was just saying in general for the entire age, didn't really matter that it's the end. Anyways, 60 DPA probably won't still cut it at your size if you plan on doing any T/Ming of provinces, you'd get massacred as soon as the other kingdom saw what was going on (at least that's what I'd do )
