If you haven't watched this movie, stop reading this review and go rent it. I'll wait.

Okay, good, so now you've all watched it.

Didn't I tell you? This one of the best mob movies ever made. The story telling is supurb. It follows the rise and fall of a gangster and two of his friends. The great thing is, it really happend, or allegedly really happend. This movie really worked in getting into the mind of a gangster and rates up there with the great mob movies you NEED TO SEE.

aka: The Godfather I, The Godfather II, The Untouchables,
Donnie Brasco, Casino, Gotti and Analyse This.

Agree with the post above, just about my favourite gangster movie although Scarface pushes it, De Niro at his finest and fine performances from Ray Liotta etc, a special mention to Joe Pesci ... funny how?

9/10

This one is definitly one of the best mafia movies ever. Robert de Nero is an absolute killer and this one is maybe the only top movie of Ray Liotta. This one is a must see. 9/10

I actually thought this was pretty subpar. I really liked The Untouchables, which is why I wanted to see this one. But then it was just an incredibly boring story.

What I hated most was
Joe Pesci and his out of control rage. What a douche.

4/10
is I think a fair score.
