Is is possible to make utopia prophet and utopia angle to work together?
For examples,use the utopia angle to copy data from your province,after that..use the same data and paste it into a prophet space..and your province(prophet mode) appeared there.
With this,we can simplify stuff like 'What am i gonna do in the next 20 hours?'

In short, no. This is something BG and I have discussed and while it would be nice it would require a bit of work... at least for one of us. It's possible this could change, but currently it isn't slated for Prophet.
