what's the point of balance? the game wouldn't be fun if everything was balanced, if everything had to fit into a particular role.

Balancing among the races themselves, Elite cost happiness values etc

I think there should be a couple of new races introduced. Utopia is getting a bit tedious, we need somthing new to spark off peoples interest, like mine.

I think the game can be more diverse in ways without new races.
