Inaccurate tm info on cbs

Version 1.80 Alpha 1

My kingdom is in war. 10 of the 23 posted cbs (everyone says angel is updated and being used for correct server - Legends) say that enemy kingdom provinces have max 0tpa/0wpa. CBs provided by four different provinces. Infiltrate and AW show this not to be anywhere near the truth...why is this happening?

the cb can't know if any of the acres are unbuilt. so it assumes they all are built. a barren acre is 15 NW a built acre is 40 NW if their are to many unbuilt acres then then angel pulls NW out of the thief/wizard/science NW pool. this can reduse the T/W/S NW pool to 0. when this happens then the cb will display 0 thieves/wizards.

this is not a problem that is fixable. you just have to remember that the thief wizard numbers are just estimates

also keep in mind, if the province is below 500 acres, the estimates are way off.

How is that far off? The estimates seem perfectly acceptable to me.. The maximums aren't realistic, but those are less important to begin with.
