Raze question

When you raze buildings, can you build on that land right away or is there a delay before you can build?

Is there a formula anywhere for how much razing buildings costs?

You can immediately rebuild on the land.

The cost of razing a building is on the building growth page. Its just under 50% of the construction cost. If you divide the amount of money left in your kitty by three - this will give you how many buildings you can raze and then immediately rebuild. Dont do it too many in one go though since 10 peasants die per acre( 18 in razing houses) and dont repopulate until buildings are fully contructed.
