Explore Cost Research

Need help collecting data and figuring out what affects the Explore Cost.

What people have thought affected it in the past are:

- Land
- Explored Land (History Page)
- Lost Land (History Page)
- Race
- Mills
- Building Efficiency (if Mills > 0)

So if anyone wants to help please post your comments and data points (at least what is posted above, Building Eff only needed if Mills > 0) here

From what I've learned, MAX(Explored Land - Land Lost, 0) is an element in the formula.

Anyway, my province data...

Land: 1418
Total Land Explored: 60
Total Land Lost in Combat: 271
Race: Human
Mills: 0%
BE: 107.5%, but N/A

Exploration Costs (Soldiers): 10
Exploration Costs (Gold): 3774gc

Hey Vegeta, what's the scouter say about his power level?

Available Uncharted Acres: 4727 acres

Total Land Gained in Combat 8462 acres
Total Land Lost in Combat 13,069 acres
Total Land Explored 8422
Total Acres: 4,959 acres
Mills 797 16.1% (with 46 (0.9%) in progress)

I'm DE with Building Eff. 88% From throne but then i have +15.4% Building Effectiveness from SCI (not sure if it adds onto the throne or is already included)


Exploration Costs (Soldiers): 38 per acre (10 available)
Exploration Costs (Gold): 11,141gc per acre (401,544gc available)


This is gen, not sure if its the same.
