I have a hard time taking this seriously, but you do realize that Muslims don't consider Jesus to be the son of God? He is actually "just another prophet" to Muslim's as far as I know, if Muslims believed he was the son of God, they would probably just be Christians. As to your whole belittling idea; you only see what you want to see.

The Qur'an states Jesus the Son of Mary (Arabic: Isa ibn Maryum) is the Messiah or "Prophet" sent to the Jews [Quran 3:45].
It's fairly solid arrangment that I find hard to disspute. Especially considering that the doctrine of the Trinity was not enforced for some 300 years AD, it's easy to imagine that 300 years more it could be reasoned as incorrect. But the church wouldn't go back on its teachings even if it knew it was wrong, because it had made the dogma of the Trinity official and it must save face. All authority would be lost. I'm scared. SAD FACE. ![]() |

The following quote is from Vatican II:
Quote:
The Church has also a high regard for the Muslims. They worship God, who is one, living and subsistent, merciful and almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, who has also spoken to men. They strive to submit themselves without reserve to the hidden decrees of God, just as Abraham submitted himself to God's plan, to whose faith Muslims eagerly link their own.
Although not acknowledging him as God, they venerate Jesus as a prophet, his virgin Mother they also honor, and even at times devoutly evoke. Further, they await the day of judgment and the reward of God following the resurrection of the dead. For this reason they highly esteem an upright life and worship God, especially by way of prayer, alms-deeds and fasting (Nostra Aetate, Vatican II). |
