1.79b3 Still wrong ME calculation from CB

When formating the throne page, Angel still gives the wrong ME.

Example:

This is what I get when formating my throne page

ME+Stance (no spells): 122.9% off. / 107.6% def.

and

this is what my military advisor say...

Offensive Military Effectiveness: 120.2%
Defensive Military Effectiveness: 107.6%

Still wrong... I think it doesnt count the extra horses as off... At least for me. This results in way to high ME ie it counts Throne page offence/(mounted specs+mounted soldiers+mounted leets) = off me instead of Throne page offence/(specs+soldiers+leets+ horses). Why did it come so many new bugs with the new version anyways?

I am assuming that you are still using beta3, and yes BG knows about the problem and is currently fixing it.

Ive re-adjusted the oME tab and having a safety margin of 5% OS.
at 72.86k Mod Off, it should break.
