Undead science values are not cut in half. So in the science calculator, all the values are twice as high as the real values. Undead have the "-50% Science Effects" penalty, looks like that hasn't been implemented.

Confirmed, using Angel 1.81 Alpha 1.
In the clipboard the info is like this:

And Buildings calculator doesn't show the %age of protested sciences by schools...

angel show : 216 books/hour
instead of : 216 Science Books per Day
Protect 11.20% of Science from Enemies

the values that are wrong are in the science calculator itself...

it doesnt change values when u go from undead to non-undead, or vice versa
